I am a retired wardrobe supervisor . So I was responsible for costuming theatre productions from fringe shows to the West End. I now work 3 days a week in a Museum, then 5 days off. So I am at home at leisure quite often. So the house is not suitable for WFH, but does suit those with jobs or students who attend lectures and work in their room. The road is very quiet and safe. There is not a shared sitting room but lovely to have a cup of tea together in the kitchen, or garden.
