It's a top floor two-bedroom flat with a sizeable outdoor terrace. The open-plan lounge/kitchen space is very bright and airy, though can get a bit stuffy if it's very hot out and there's no wind. It's got a modern feel, but hopefully not too busy or minimal. There's a big comfy couch with plenty of space to relax and watch TV or read a book. The bedroom is an ensuite room with a queen-sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk to work on and a large window for light....

Given the price range, this room might be better suited for couples though I am of course open to anyone! I welcome guests of all backgrounds - this is a non-judgemental home and I am keen for you to feel comfortable (and supported) while staying here. My ideal guest(s) would be self-aware, open-minded and ideally working on or towards something that has a social impact. In fact, these are almost critical requirements for me, though I can be convinced to loosen the last one if you're a formidable chef, bartender or interior decorator!
I currently live here by myself. I have friends who do come over every now and then. Personally, I have no allergies or dietary requirements.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
Visitors are of course allowed with some notice initially but happy to relax this rule once a bit of trust has been built up! In any case, I prefer to keep an open line of communication and to share my plans and such as well to ensure it's a two-way street. It's a smoke-free home, but at a stretch I'll permit smoking on the terrace provided you're good about disposing of butts and keeping smoke outside.
