The ground floor of the house has a large kitchen, large living room, small toilet and patio doors that open onto a small back garden. The upstairs has the bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower. There is a driveway in the front. The room available is £710 p/m. It is spacious and luminous, it has a double bed, a wardrobe and shelfs. The cost includes all bills, internet and a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks.
We like to make the effort to keep the place looking nice. We would like to welcome a temporary housemate, who will contribute to the atmosphere of the house which is relaxed, happy and respectful.
The housemates are Rich (owns and runs his own Comic Book Stores), Amanda (a writer who works as a fashion buyer) and Nex (a creative in advertising). They are independent, chilled and respectful, they work hard and enjoy a chat when at home. We have no pets although the neighbour cats love hanging out in our garden ;)
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
It's a non smoking house, we normally smoke in the garden. We allow visitors to the house and we like to keep the communication open when we have guests so that the other flatmates know about it. We like cleaning the common areas we use after ourselves (Doing the dishes and taking the rubbish out) but we have a cleaner that does the main cleaning for us.
