The Space

It's a small but cosy double bedroom overlooking a quiet garden/back yard. It's a peaceful bright bedroom located on the third floor of the flat in a family home. The flat is laid out on 3 levels, the kitchen is on the 1st floor, the bathroom and my room are on the 2nd floor and your room would be on the top floor next to my teenage daughter's room. You have access to the kitchen/dining room, there's wifi and I can add a clothes rail in the room if required. There's a TV in the room, and shelves...

There's a TV in the room, and shelves/ The flat is a 2 min walk from Elephant & Castle roundabout but on a quiet residential street, with Victorian properties (it's a dead end so very little traffic). Elephant & Castle is a very popular area, located in zone 1 and right in the middle of the city - you can get to Piccadilly in 20 mins. It's very well connected transport wise as you can get the Northern Line, Bakerloo Line and National Rail (to Blackfriars, Kings Cross, Herne Hill, Luton airport). There are also lots of buses going to all parts of town, trendy Brixton is a 15 min bus ride away, the South Bank and Borough market are all within walking distance. It's a safe area, with lots of shops (Walworth Rd etc), cafes, restaurants and markets.
