We are a TV free house as it is all about Netflix and the internet for us. Whatever, your social appetite, there is something for everyone within a 10 – 15 minute walk whichever compass direction you walk in from our property, for instance: CLR James Library in the Dalston Curve where there is a cornucopia of restaurants, cafes and of course the famous Ridley Road Market. There are pubs and clubs a plenty. Stroll through London Fields Park – Hackney’s version of Hyde Park – and end up in One of London’s well populated Farmer’s Markets or continue on for a walk along the Regents Canal. Museums: Sutton House, Jeffrey Museum and The Museum of Childhood, the latter brings out the child in you whatever your age. You are spoilt for choice re travel: Dalston Kingsland Station, Dalston Junction and Haggerston will take you North, South and East. Nearest bus stop is 5-minute walk away: 236, or for a additional 5 minutes exercise, you can catch the 242,149, 67, 277, D6, 254, 30, 56, 48 and 55. If you cycle, you can park your bike in the bike storage – but may have to contact the relevant people to get a space. Connect with your spiritual self in places of worship nearby. Bills; gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet are included. Daily rate for stays less than a month is £25.00
