Household info
I live here. I have other lodger who has lived here for 5 years, she's 28 years old and is now a friend. So bathroom shared with her. My room and en suite is in the loft. I have friends and visitors so it's a fairly easy going household but we expect people to say if they're planning to have people to eat or stay overnight. It's important that the house always feels calm and friendly. I've always had lodgers, shared flats etc so think I know how to get the combination between shared space and privacy. We share the kitchen and dining room/conservatory area.

All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
House rules
No smoking. Always lock mortice key if no one home when you go out. Ideally don't let mugs & plates amass in the bedroom - get them in the dishwasher! Shared kitchen and dining room so can be social or not as suits. Follow the complicated Haringey Re-Cycling rules - many different bins!
