The room is bright and spacious, with a desk. The house is comfortable and clean, with plenty of plants, and a garden. There is a shared living room/dining room and a large kitchen. The house is in a residential conservation area, very close to all shopping amenities, including Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Lidl. I'm a pescotarian, and cook fish and vegetarian meals at home. I would prefer it if you didn't cook meat at home. I have a lovely cat named Oskar.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
