Tooting national rail station is a 10 mins walk away which has Thameslink trains that get into the city, Wimbledon, etc very easily. The area is very popular for its food and for going out. Tooting market is really nice, and the high street has lots of shops, trendy restaurants and pubs. For green space and outdoor activities, Tooting Common is a 10-15 mins walk away and you can enjoy Tooting Lido, an Olympic size outdoor pool.
