We are offering a lovely Double Room with wardrobe and chest of drawers in our spacious flat. The shared bathroom is big and there's a shower and a bat-hub. The home is very well located, with plenty of bus stops just around the corner. A short walk to Streatham station where the train can take you to Farringdon -Central London- in 25 minutes. There are numerous shops nearby, Lidl, Sainsburys, Tescos, etc. It takes only 45 minutes to travel into Central London. Streatham has numerous restaurants and bars. We also have a local cinema, leisure centre and Jazz club. We are lucky to have many Parks in South London, our local common is Tooting Bec which is just a 10 minute walk so it's ideal for someone interested in nature and fresh air.
Our ideal guest would be someone friendly, enjoys company and yet also happy in their own space. Someone who will respect our home and cleanliness.
In the flat is myself and Andrew. We also have a single room which is used for our son to stay from time to time. We have our grandaughters to stay a couple of weeknds a month. They are 11 and 10 years of age. In our household we do not eat Pork and ask that our guests are respectful of this.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
A non-smoker would be preferable , however, we do have a small balcony from the kitchen which can be used as an outside space.
