My lovely home is a 3 bedroom terraced house, just off beautiful Church Street. It is in Stoke Newington, very popular with young single people and young families. This area is relaxed and friendly has many individual shops and cafes (no chains), as well as London's first organic farmers' market ! There is an attractive park close by with tennis courts, lakes, an aviary as well as a local leisure centre with swimming pool etc. There are numerous local cultural events taking place, e.g. a literary festival every year, as well as concerts and other performances.

Ideally , I am looking for someone who likes to be peaceful at home; a post-graduate who spends most of their day studying at college, but essentially someone who is friendly, relaxed and likes to have interesting chats, but is independent and organises their own free time activities.
I would prefer, in an ideal world ! someone who is not a super early riser.

Besides myself, you would be sharing with a very peaceful, affectionate, elderly cat, who has never killed birds, which is lucky since I am very keen on supporting wildlife.
