My lovely home is a 3 bedroom terraced house, just off beautiful Church Street. It is in Stoke Newington, very popular with young single people and young families. Female guest preferred Ideally , I am looking for someone who likes to be peaceful at home; a post-graduate who spends most of their day studying at college, but essentially someone who is friendly, relaxed and likes to have interesting chats, but is independent and organises their own free time activities. I would prefer, in an ideal world ! someone who is not a super early riser.
Besides myself, you would be sharing with a Ph.d. student and two friendly and unobtrusive cats.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
Yes, of course, visitors are welcome and can stay overnight or the weekend as well. However, as there is only one bathroom, we can only accommodate a 4th person , as a guest, on an occasional basis. It is a smoke free home. We have 2 bicycles here and a 3rd bicycle could be locked in the front garden.
