The house is very spacious, with a modern open plan living/kitchen area with beautiful high windows overlooking the large garden. There's lots of natural light and the garden has a big wooden deck with a ping-pong table, a trampoline, swings and lots of trees. Guests have access to the shared kitchen with some space in the fridge-freezer and a drawer for storage. The house is on a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac 8-10 mins walk from Southfields station on the District Line. It's a very leafy and peaceful neighbourhood, close to Wimbledon common, and only a short bus ride away from Clapham Junction. It's close to Wimbledon tennis championship for tennis fans and two stops away from Wimbledon mainline station, with frequent trains to Waterloo and the South-West. There are plenty of shops, cafes and amenities in Southfields (The Gym) and Wimbledon park (with tennis courts a mini-golf, a lake etc). Kingston shopping centre is easily accessible and Southside shopping centre (10 mins walk) with cinemas etc. I can offer parking for a small car if needed.
Single occupant only (no couples). Someone tidy, respectful, friendly considerate of others and the house. Someone who will clean up after themselves in the shared areas.
I live in the house with 2 of my 4 children, the other 2 come during holiday periods. We have a dog and a cat. Occasional guests in the spare room or my partner visiting from time to time.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
