Cosy double room with TV in family home in Lower Clapton

It's a double room on the top floor of the house - the same floor as the shared bathroom. It has a built-in closet, chest of drawers, wooden floorboards, a double bed and a desk with TV. The house is a 3-storey townhouse in a 1970s estate and there's a spacious living room with flat screen TV on the 1st floor. There's a fully equipped kitchen/dining room on the ground floor overlooking a small patio. We have a wifi throughout the house. Note that we have two dogs (half staf-half pit) and it's a smoking house - we smoke with the window open. It's a quiet residential street, parking is only through residential permit. The area is well connected to public transport (buses and overground line). We're just down the road from the 242 bus stop which goes to St Pauls (40 mins) and Liverpool Street Station (30 min). We're a 12-15 min walk from Homerton overground station, from there you can go to Oxford Street via Highbury & Islington or you're 2 stops away from Stratford. There's a few buses down the road (Chatsworth Road) going to Stratford, Walthamstow etc. The area has a lot of offer - the reservoir, Millfields park, the Olympic Village are all nearby as well as plenty of trendy cafes and restaurants. There's a famous vegan pub nearby called The Spread Eagle.
