This restful and peaceful space is perfect for any busy student or professional who is looking for a clean, calm and quiet space which is well connected to central London. Bowes Park train station is 1 min walk and Bounds Green underground station is 4 mins walk away. You can be in Algate in 20 mins or Kings Cross in 25 mins as well as local buses a 2 min walk away, which take you locally and beyond with ease. There are plenty of locals shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. In the property, you will have access to the main large first floor bathroom/shower, washing machine, ground floor fully equipped modern kitchen for preparing food and your own cupboard space. The space is available for rent to non smoking female professionals and students who are quiet, considerate, clean and independent and who predominately go out to work or study. I would prefer a vegetarian or someone who cooks mostly vegetarian.
I live alone and have friends and family visiting often although not overnight as they all live in London. It is a calm, welcoming and peaceful home.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
The house will be shared with just myself and I ask guests to be respectfully considerate of my living space and to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Pets are not allowed and visitors (not over night) are permitted with prior permission.
