It's a spacious double room on the second floor of a family Victorian house, overlooking a quiet one-way street. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Islington, between Essex Road/Angel, Highbury and Old Street. It's served by plenty of buses (24-hour service). We're in between Angel and Old Street stations, both about 15 minutes away (or a 5-minute bus ride). Essex Road station (National rail) is about 5 minutes walk which takes to Old Street and Moorgate. The area is great if you want to be close to everything - Upper Street is very vibrant, there are lots of restaurants and an Everyman cinema, and be able to get to the City, Saint-Pauls, the South Bank and Borough market - yet live somewhere quiet and residential.
