Needs to be a mature and self-sufficient person, either post-graduate registered student or someone who only wants the room for Mondays to Fridays. Female preferred. Needs to go along with my attempts at living more sustainably eg using resources, energy and water sparingly and being a vegetarian. Spends as little time as possible in the bathroom.
I am a vegetarian, so would find it difficult if meat/fish is cooked here.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
Visitors welcome as long as not noisy. I very occasionally smoke, so its not a completely smoke-free home. Washing machine is not working properly at the moment. No sleepover guests. Share cleaning and purchase of most communal items.
