Spacious modern room in quiet,leafy road near Norwood Junction Station

The house is a modern townhouse around ten years old which is very well insulated and the double room has plenty of space and also furnished in a clean, modern style with wood floors. The bathroom is shared and the house benefits from 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets spread over 3 floors. The Kitchen is also modern with a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer to use although we prefer that washing is dried naturally in the garden where we have a hanging rack (weather permitting!). There is a communal dining and living room space with television and bluetooth speaker which leads out into the very green garden which benefits from some sun and some shade (again, weather permitting!). The local area on South Norwood Hill is very vibrant and we are a few minutes walk from the high street with fast trains into London but there is a lot happening in the local area. Just around the corner is the Stanley Arts centre, the Crystal Palace premier league football stadium and there are multiple parks (and lake) within walking distance.
