Ideally my guests would be respectful of the apartment and the neighbours. No parties and bedrooms are single occupancy. Even though there will be a cleaner coming once a week I'd appreciate the guests to be clean and keep the apartment tidy.
At any time there will be only 2 persons in the apartment. Guest will be sharing the apartment with myself (the owner) or with another guest. Occasionally my son stays and in that case the same rules applies 2 persons only sharing the apartment.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
I allow visitors, smoking is allowed on balcony.
