An upmarket gastropub is around the corner from the flat, as well as a lovely park, and you'll find many fantastic events at Alexandra Palace concert hall - famous for its Guy Fawkes fireworks show. The house is located a 9 min walk away from Wood Green tube in zone 3 - where you can catch the Piccadilly Line (24-hour service on Fridays and Saturdays). Alexandra Palace National Rail station is 8 mins walk away with a fast direct connection to the City (Old Street & Moorgate). There are plenty of buses on the high street going North (to Enfield) or South (to Central London). Wood Green has a big shopping center, numerous shops and supermarkets, gyms, cinemas etc. If you have a car, the North Circular motorway is nearby, which gives good access to the M25 and M1; there's on-street parking outside of the house (free after 1pm and before 11 am).
My ideal guest would be someone who's independent, a professional or student who will be out working or studying during office hours as I work from home. I would prefer stays of maximum 2 months, with the possibility of extending if things go well. The kitchen is available for light use - a cupboard and fridge space will be made available for guests.
I have a friendly cat. I live here full-time and have occasional airbnb guests in the downstairs bedroom.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
