My ideal guest would be social but also be able to get on with things on thier own. I work Monday to Friday so someone who is not up all night or too noisey and just tidies up after themselves. Apart from that we're pretty easy going.
My boyfriend stays with us often and he lives to cook with a bottle of wine.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
We also have 3 rescue cats who basically run the house. So if you don't like cats or have allergies, this might not be the right place for you.
