The room is available to book from 2-3 weeks up to 3 months. The space is ideal for a mature student, intern or young professional, who is friendly, clean and tidy. We would like someone to hang out with occasionally, but also have busy working lives so need to rest well during the week!

All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
No smoking, pets or overnight guests please. Daytime guest should be fine, as long as you let us know. It's important that guests clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom.
