Our home is a 4 bedroom house over 3 floors, with a large south-facing kitchen diner. Your room is on the first floor, right next to a family bathroom (generally you will have sole access to the bathroom). It has a double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Your room is on the first floor, right next to a family bathroom (generally you will have sole access to the bathroom). It has a double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a guest bedroom on the first floor (usually empty). You will have access to the spacious kitchen-dining room, and sole use of a TV sitting room at the front of the house. The house is 10 mins walk to Twickenham train station with fast trains (20mins) into Central London. We live in a quiet family neighbourhood, a short walk/cycle from the Thames and Royal Parks (Marble Hill, Bushy Park, Richmond Park). Twickenham is a thriving town with shops, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. There are gyms and sports centres (and rugby stadiums!) nearby and beautiful walks along the Thames just a few minutes away. For cyclists and walkers, Box Hill and surrounding Surrey Hills are within easy reach.
1 month stay. Open to longer lets. Our ideal guest is house proud, happy to keep their room and common areas clean and tidy. We are sociable hosts, happy to chat. But we recognise and respect that you'll want to do your own thing too. As this is a quiet residential neighbourhood, we appreciate you keeping noise to a minimum after 11 pm.
The permanent household will be myself and my husband, but we sometimes have visiting friends and family. We don't have pets.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
We're happy for you to have visitors, but not overnight. Ours is a non-smoking household.
