Single room in Peckham 10 mins from Peckham Rye Station

The room is a single room on the 1st floor overlooking the garden. It's a light room with a bed and storage space. Guests have their own fridge in the kitchen, and of course access to living room and garden. I live in a terraced house off a very quiet residential street with barely any traffic but very close to bus stops and to Peckham shopping centre. It's a quiet area, safe, close to Brockwell Park and Peckham rye park. Peckham is a very popular area with Camberwell arts college and Goldsmiths bringing lots of students to the area. There are plenty of shops nearby, some great food places and bars a cinema a good gym (very close) and access to two train stations (Peckham Rye/Rye Lane and Queens Road Peckham.) We are also 15 mins to Elephant & Castle by bus with the Bakerloo and Northern Line.
