It is on the first floor of an end of terrace Victorian house, overlooking a quiet residential street. The bathroom and kitchen are to be shared and therefore have to be cleaned after usage. There is a nice secluded and very spacious garden at the back of the house. The house is in a great location, a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop - there are 3 different buses going to Brixton station (10 mins). Brixton station has the Victoria Line which takes you to Oxford Circus, Victoria, Kings Cross in just a few minutes. Tulse Hill and Herne Hill stations are within 15 min walk for the National Rail which goes to Blackfriars, Farringdon etc in 25 mins. Brixton Hill is a 10-min walk away for buses to Brixton or the centre of London. There are two small cafes down the road, great for breakfast and light meals. On Brixton Hill there are a couple of restaurants, pubs and in Brixton itself you can find brilliant food places, bars, nightlife and a cinema. We live 5 mins away from Brockwell Park which has tennis courts, a lido, a BMX track and lots of sport activities such as Park Run.

All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
It's a smoke-free home except for the garden. The basic rule is to leave premises as you found them, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. I would allow visitors but only by prior arrangement
