Cosy and private double in friendly and open garden flat - Camden

This flat is my childhood home. I've been living here the last 5 years with a series of flatmates and the house is very much a home. We have a very open and shared living-style. There are three bedrooms in total. There is a large garden which is unusual for London and means the room is wonderfully quiet at night! Kentish Town and Camden Town tube stations, and Kentish Town West and Camden Road overground stations are all within a few minutes walk. There are plenty of food shops, pubs, gyms and restaurants all within a ten minutes walk radius. The bedroom, although itself quite small, is in the basement and has private access to a toilet and basin, desk space and storage. The room is internal, with a window opening into the conservatory, which is a communal area. We are mindful of the fact this bedroom opens onto the conservatory which we avoid using when the bedroom is occupied to ensure maximum privacy. I have lived in there myself so know what feels intrusive!
