The closest stations within walking distance are Clapton and Stamford Hill (10 mins away) for the overground. Manor House underground station for the Piccadilly Line is a 10 min bus ride away. There are easy buses to all parts of central and East London including Liverpool Street, Waterloo and London Victoria. Upper Clapton is a safe and residential area within easy distance to plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and nearby popular Stoke Newington and Hackney Central. It's a fantastic area for anyone who is keen on outdoors as the property backs onto the Lea Valley and is close to the Olympic park.

Someone quiet and clean, who will treat the place with respect. A cat lover is a must as my cat is a big part of the household and I will need the guests to feed the her if I'm away.

House rules
Occasional visitors are OK by prior arrangement. No loud music after hours. No parties and anti-social behaviour Check the doors and windows are locked when you leave. Turn off lights when not in use. Don't leave personal belongings lying around in shared areas (kitchen storage will be provided). Bedroom door to be kept shut to prevent the cat coming in.
