Small single room in a modern self-contained two-bed flat. With adjacent bathroom (the other room in the flat has en-suite bathroom). The kitchen/dining is on the ground floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower ground floor. You would be sharing the flat with another occupant. The flat is 5-7 minutes walk from Kentish Town tube station (Northern Line and overground), and it's also walking distance from Camden (20 mins) and beautiful Hampstead Heath (15 mins). Kentish Town is a lovely residential area that has lots of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Please note there is no washing machine in the flat but there are 2 laundromat's 3 mins down the road.

I am looking for someone independent, and responsible, who will look after the flat and keep it clean and tidy. I would prefer interns or young professionals - guests who are out during office hours.
