The room is a double room with twin beds. It can accommodate a single occupant, or two friends. It's a bright room with plenty of storage space. It's a private room (not shared). There are plenty of amenities in the area, a shop across the road, a library round the corner, and a park (Nunhead Cemetary). The house is also a 5 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham station or Nunhead station they both have the East London line and national rail. There are several buses which run 24 hours. Peckham town centre is a short walk away, it has a shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants, a cinema, bars and restaurants, a gym and Peckham leisure centre.
Our ideal guest would be someone tidy, who will clean up after themselves. Someone friendly and respectful of each other's space.
