I have a small clean room available in a friendly family home. Shared bathroom with separate toilet, medium sized shared kitchen (with dish washer!). The room is furnished, there is a single bed, bedside table, large chest of draws, plenty of shelves and built in hanging space/cupboard. We have a garden and plenty of parking outside the house. We are located a 10 minute walk from New Southgate train station with trains running into Central London/ Kings cross and a short bus ride away from Arnos grove tube station (Piccadilly line). The 34 and 251 buses both stop at our nearest bus stop, just a few minutes walk away. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen all I ask is you clean up after yourself. I provide all your bedding and towels. I don't mind short or long term stays.
Someone friendly & sociable. We are a non smoking household so if you do smoke you would need to go outside. Female preferred. I am happy for the odd guest visiting with prior notice. We are a happy household and welcome someone to join in with us as a family.
We don't have any pets. You will most likely meet some of my family.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
