It's a spacious double room with a double bed, en suite shower room and toilet, with 2 wardrobes and a desk . You'll have access to a shared kitchen and space will be made available for you to store food.There's a washing machine which you can use once per week. The house is on a peaceful residential street in a quiet family area in south wallington sm6. Wallington overground is a 12 minutes walk. With direct train to London Bridge and Victoria. Busses to Croydon and Sutton are easily accessible. Wallington is a quite family, suburban area. Buy it is easy to access central london ( 30 mins to Clapham Junction and 35 mins to London bridge from wallington station) and also easy to acces surrey downs and surrounding areas.
Ideal guest
Ideally someone quiet and considerate, tidy and who will clean up after themselves especially in the shared areas. Someone who is out at work most days. Someone whose pet- and family-friendly, respectful of the house and its occupants. The length of stay can be flexible, but we would prefer long or medium-term (a few months).
