The Space
I live on the top floor of a two-storey Edwardian house in a quiet residential street perfectly placed for a range of transport options. It is just over 10 minutes' walk from Wood Green on the Piccadilly Line (25 mins to the West End) and from Bowes Park on the Great Northern Line, which has regular services into Moorgate. It is about 20 minutes' walk to Alexandra Palace (both the station and the gorgeous park). Wood Green is full of shops and amenities and my house is near the charming Myddleton Road in Bowes Park which has a lovely range of independent shops, bars and restaurants and has a monthly street food market. The room is at the front of the house and gives onto a little balcony. It has a bed that can either be a single or a double, a chest of drawers and a hanging wardrobe.
Ideal guest
I would like to host someone who is easy-going and friendly and respectful of my home. My only real must-have is that any guest must be LGBTQ+-friendly.
Household info
I live alone, with occasional visits from friends and family (I tend to do my socialising in town!). I am a meat-eater with not allergies or dietary requirements of my own.
Amenities
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
House rules
It is a smoke-free home. Overnight visitors would not be allowed but visits from friends or family during the day or evening would be okay with a bit of notice.
