My place was completely renovated in Jan this year. It's a great location with 2 stations nearby. There is one with trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Brixton, and another on the London overground with trains to Shoreditch and the city. It's quite a diverse and arty area with the most graffiti in south east London. I travel a lot, so it is often free throughout the year, unlike other listings on here you will have the whole place to yourself. It has a large living room, a modern kitchen with gas stove, a bath and power shower, and a king size bed with a built in ceiling fan (perfect for hot nights). It also has a small garden. There is lots of storage for your clothes and all the pots and pans you would need.
I'm pretty chill about who rents, but an ideal guest is someone who is mindful of not breaking things or staining them. Obvs accidents happen, so this is not something you can always avoid.
You would have the place to yourself, I might occasionally come to pick something up from storage, or come by just to say hi, but otherwise you have complete freedom :)
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
This is a smoke free home, so you can only smoke in the garden. You can have pets, and visitors. No loud music after 11pm, or late night parties.
