The room is small but comfortable with a single bed, clothes rail, desk, and an excellent WiFi connection, making it perfect for students or professionals who need to get some work done on nights and weekends. The bathroom is not en-suite, but you will have your own shower room to get ready in the mornings. We can provide breakfast and laundry should anyone wish it. For shopping and entertainment, the Surrey Quays shopping centre is nearby - with a Tesco hypermarket, and some up-and-coming cafés and bars in the Canada Water area.
Female guests preferred. We'd be happy to host students from other countries, this is a great arrangement for someone coming to perfect their English as Philippa loves to talk! We would prefer stays of 1-3 months. The price is for a monthly rate although if you want to stay shorter term we can agree on a price per night.
It's just us two living here, we don't have any pets. In terms of regular visitors, Philippa has a carer that comes but only during the day.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
No smoking No drugs No antisocial behaviour, no parties No overnight visitors, daytime are OK (just let us know first)
