Also feel free to borrow one of our many books or put on an album from our vinyl collection! We're in an area called Nunhead, which is a calm, quiet, green neighbourhood in South East London. Great to get away from the madness of central London but close enough to the nightlife in Peckham or Brixton, so you're never too far away from some of the best restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and clubs in London. Our flat is located right next to the historic Nunhead Cemetery which is a great place for a morning walk with amazing views over the rest of London.
We go to a lot of gigs, exhibitions and other events in London so it would be great to get someone who's interested in socialising and seeing what the city has to offer. We also like our private space, and the occasional Netflix binge, so ideally we'd like someone independent who's happy to look after themselves.
It's just us two living here with the occasional friend coming over for dinner or drinks (or both). We recently got a cat so you would need to be happy living with him as well!
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
No smoking allowed inside the flat.
