The flat is on second floor of a residential block within walking distance of both Highbury & Islington and Holloway Road stations (both 6-7 mins walk). The location is great, close to a library, swimming pool and close to Highbury Fields park. We are close to the Angel, London Metropolitan University and all the main supermarkets: Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco and a 24 hour mini-market. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and the area is very accessible by public transport (underground, overground lines and plenty of buses).
1 month minimum stay My ideal guest would be someone tidy, respectful of my house and my house rules, a non-smoker. Single occupants only (no couples)
I live with my partner and occasionally family and friends visiting. We have other short-term guests occasionally.
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
