Being near Crystal Palace Park, there's great green space to hang out (when the sun shines) and Crystal Palace, Forest Hill and Sydenham have loads of great pubs/restaurants to enjoy.
Our ideal guest is an easy-going, tidy individual who will like to join us for the odd glass of wine & share dinner in the evening but also happy to respect each others space. We're two 27 year old female professionals so we're pretty busy most evenings and weekends but would like to invite someone who would be happy to make it their home whilst here.
You would be living with Natasha and Hazel. /Natasha works in Canary Wharf and Hazel in Central London, and we both generally work long days between Monday- Friday. We're both bubbly, sociable, friendly individuals who sometime host cheese and wine nights!
All utilities are included in the price. That means Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet.
We are open to meeting new people and guest's friends, as they will be welcome to meet ours, however notice is appreciated beforehand. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen only and they must do their own washing up and laundry during their stay. The room must be left in the same condition as on first arrival however there's no other do's or don'ts!
