Lovely single room in peaceful North London area

I have a light and airy, single room for rent in my semi-detached house all recently decorated with garden. The room measures 9ft X 8.5ft, it has a single bed divan with under drawers, with a desk, chair, chest of drawers and shelving unit, however the furniture options can be discussed to your requirements. The price per week includes sharing of the living room/dining space with open plan to the kitchen. The shared bathroom consists of WC, large sink and bath with fitted rainfall shower. Kitchen includes electric oven with gas hob, tall fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are French doors at the back from the living room into the garden which is lovely to open up in the summer. I have a 43" plasma digital TV and broad band which you will have use of. We also have a large loft if you need to temporarily store any belongings. There are good transportation links to London Kings Cross and Moorgate from New Southgate overground rail station a 10 min walk away and Arnos Grove station, Piccadilly Line (Zone 4) only a 15 walk away. If you don't want to walk to Arnos Grove tube the bus stops a few minute walk away that only takes 5 mins and stops outside station. Close to shops but I also drive and do a weekly shop so if you ever need to join me to do a shop that's not a problem.
